    Coding and Robotics

Coding is essentially written instructions that a robot or computer program can read and then execute. During the session, students determine the task they want to complete through a robot, design the code to make it happen, and then send it to the robot to view the outcome. Robotics allows students to see their thinking in a real way as they go through trial and error until the task is accomplished and the robot's motions are performed as originally intended. Star education students learn how to code with a simple drag and drop platform, to then pass to a higher level where they’ll be able to practice their code using python and Java in a friendly and fun environment.

Students will learn also transferrable skills such as rational thinking, decision making, cooperation, collaboration, teamwork and communication in a cross – cultural environment.

    Approaches to Teaching Kids Coding

Interactive Platforms: Use platforms designed for kids to make coding fun and engaging.
Game-Based Learning: Leverage games that teach coding concepts through play.
Project-Based Learning: Encourage kids to create projects that interest them, such as simple games or interactive stories.
Incremental Learning: Start with simple concepts and gradually introduce more complex ideas.
Use Visual Programming Languages: Begin with block-based coding before transitioning to text-based languages.
